Before Mike decided to focus on custom homes and remodeling, he was construction manager on many different types of commercial and multifamily projects including auto dealerships, medical office buildings, large warehouses, mini storage facilities and multi-tenant office parks. This warehouse project and medical office building are examples of the more than 1.6 million square feet of commercial projects either constructed or project-managed by Mike Hampton.
